Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Standard shipping costs $20.00 Australia wide. If certain criteria is met, shipping may be discounted or free. These discounts may apply if a minimum bottle limit or a minimum purchase amount or a combination of both are met. During promotions, free shipping may also be applied. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and are the most up to date fees.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. Shipping times vary from state to state. For most metropolitan orders please expect a delivery time of 3-5 business days from date of shipping. For orders in regional areas, please allow up to 10 business days. QCan I buy gift vouchers?

A: Yes, we offer gift vouchers which can be purchased through our website here. Vouchers are available incrementally between $25 and 250. Gift vouchers are available as an electronic gift card with a code to redeem in our online store. This gift card and code will be emailed to you and you will receive an SMS if you have supplied us with a mobile number. We will also provide a printable voucher that can be redeemed at the cellar door if you don’t have access to the electronic code.

Q: Can I use my gift voucher to buy wine?

A: Yes, gift vouchers are redeemable via our online store or can be redeemed in person in our Cellar Door. To redeem your voucher in our online store please enter the 16 digit voucher code into the voucher field at checkout. To redeem your voucher at our Cellar Door or Restaurant, simply present your voucher to the staff upon payment.

Q: Can I use my gift voucher in the Restaurant?

A: Yes, to redeem your voucher at our Cellar Door or Restaurant, simply present your voucher to the staff upon payment.

Q: What is the expiry date of my gift voucher?

A: Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

Q: My gift voucher expired; can I arrange an extension?

A: Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months and can be extended by a maximum of 1 month after the expiry date by request.

Q: Do you have accommodation?

A: There is no accommodation at Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard. There is plenty of accommodation options in the Adelaide Hills within a short distance of our Restaurant and Cellar Door.

Q: Is there public transport to your restaurant?

A: There is no public transport to our Restaurant and Cellar Door. Transport arrangements should be made well in advance subject to limited availability due to our location. There are transport operators who specialise in Adelaide Hills wine tours and transportation.

Q: Do you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?

A: We do cater to a broad range of dietary requirements, provided advance notice is given. For severe and anaphylactic allergies, please detail these at the time of making your reservation. In the case of certain allergies, some dishes may have to be omitted. Though we have the utmost respect for our food and our diners, there is always a slight risk of cross contamination.
